Everything was beautiful, with good service, an incredible location near nearby restaurants, Royal Sands, Royal Cancun, Royal Island. the personnel was respectful and hospitable. the room was top-notch, air-conditioned, and the beds were big. the breakfast was fantastic, and the check-in was early. the spa area was a nice touch, and we highly recommend trying the tasty dishes served at the poolside restaurant.

The resort is conveniently located near the beach, with easy access through small bridges. The lagoon nearby, although home to big crocodiles, adds to the uniqueness of the location. Staying at this resort also allows you to visit the sister resort, which brings you closer to the plaza and more dining options. The rooms offer great views, especially the beachfront ones, and provide comfortable amenities like kitchens and balconies with sea views. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have a pleasant stay. The pool is spacious and well maintained, perfect for relaxing.
